All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. We operate monday to friday with the exception of italian public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Arrabal offers some products for sale that are in stock and made to order available for dispatch from our suppliers atelier. Some of our products are made to order and/or to measure, this means that the items are not in stock and production will only commence once an order has been placed by a customer.

Made to order items

Delivery times are variable and the customer is informed on each product page concerned. Please make sure you read these delivery information before placing an order. These delivery times are estimates only and although arrabal will endeavour to ship your order in time, delays by a few days due to material supply chains or shipping may occur as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. This is unfortunately out of our control. These delays do not give the right to any cancellation of order or refund. Burc akyol however will always contact and inform the costumer of any delays of delivery in their order.

We ship from our studio in milan. Our prices include 22% vat for products delivered within europe.

Tracing orders

Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time. Once the order is completed you will receive a tracking-number in the order confirmation email.

Arrabal is committed to providing you with high quality items. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased with us from our stocked products, we will be happy to exchange it for another item from the same category. No refunds will be given by arrabal.it on products made to order purchased.

Made to order are not subjected to returns, exhanges or refunds.

Costs of return postage, customs, packaging and other costs are paid by the buyer.damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted or exchanged and will be sent back to the customer as it is at the buyer’s expense.marked down items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to return it to arrabal.it items must be returned by the buyer in their original condition and packaging with a copy of the invoice. Items must be returned to the following address:
